Shipping Timeline
We provide free standard shipping on all Domestic Orders, which take 7-10 business days depending on your location to get delivered to you from the time of dispatch.

For Made to Order Products please allow us 21 - 10 business days before we can dispatch your order.

International Shipping is region specific, the costs and timelines of which will differ from place to place.

For customers ordering from overseas, MoonRiverDesigns. will not be liable for any customs or duties charged for delivery.

In the event the package is returned to us, we are not liable to re-ship it unless international shipping is paid again.

Any packages returned to us for non payment of import duties by the customer cannot be cancelled and a refund will not be issued.
